Principal and Founder of Arising Dance Academy
Choo Hui Min (Charmaine) graduated from the Bachelor of Business Administration program at KDU University College. In the field of dance, she completed Advanced 2, the highest level of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet Examination, and holds the Certified Ballet Teaching Study (CBTS) with the RAD. In order to continuously improve her knowledge and experience to better help students, she obtained the certificate in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) in 2018 and currently serves as a mentor for young dance teachers, guiding them to obtain RAD-related teaching certificates.
In addition, she is still active in the WuXu Dance Troupe, continuing to perform and participate in dance-related work. In addition to focusing on ballet, she has also achieved good results in classical dance and contemporary dance. Charmaine has completed the CSTD Contemporary Dance Foundation to Level 5 assessment in year 2022 and is actively involved in other dance genre learning such as Classical Chinese Dance. She is studying the Shun Yun Xun Li International Chinese Classical Dance Curriculum presented by International Chinese Dance Foundation (ICDF) currently.

Senior Ballet Instructor
Cheang Jia Yin began studying ballet at a young age and completed Advanced 2 (RAD) in 2017. A gold medalist in the Gym for Life Challenge, she has extensive performance experience including Alice & The Aces. As a senior teacher with 10 years of experience, her students won the overall championship in the intermediate category of the 2022 Raise The Stage Ballet Competition.

Senior Modern Jazz & Contemporary
With 20 years of diverse dance experience in ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, and hip-hop, Yen Yee is a former National Rhythmic Gymnastics representative. As a seasoned coach with 10 years of teaching experience, she has earned numerous honors, including MSSM Gold Medals and "Best Teacher Award".

Junior Ballet Instructor & Admin
Goh Yi Bei began ballet at age six and has successfully completed RAD Advanced 1. With over six years of teaching experience ranging from Mini to Adult Ballet, she is currently furthering her studies in the RAD Certificate in Dance Teaching (CDT). Her stage experience includes Snow White and The New Cinderella.

Junior Ballet & Chinese Dance
Starting ballet at six, Pei Zi has completed RAD Advanced 1. She is active in performances including Aladdin, Alice in Dreams, and Kaleidoscope: Dangerously. She also participated in classical dance performances at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.

Junior Modern Jazz Instructor
Carol began with rhythmic gymnastics and has 11 years of dance experience. She has achieved outstanding results in AODC and CSDC competitions. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Dance (Seni Tari) at ASWARA, she is actively working towards completing her CSTD Modern Jazz and Contemporary examinations.

Shin Yee specializes in jazz and K-pop with five years of experience. As a passionate college student and instructor, she carefully prepares lessons from basic movements to complex steps, ensuring every child can keep up with the rhythm and cultivate their unique style.
