The following are terms and conditions that apply to the dance studio rental:
- All bookings must be made at least 3 days before the studio is needed and subject to availability and approval.
- Package rate is applicable for rental of at least 4 hours and to be used within a month period.
- Bookings can be made via email (info@arisingdanceacademy.com) or whatsapp (0179805055) or at the counter.
- Full payments are required at time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance in order to receive credit valid for future rentals otherwise the reserved studio must be paid for in full.
Rental time must be respected as studio usage may be back to back with another rental. - Renters must vacate the studios promptly at the conclusion of rental period, removing all floor marking, personal belongings from the studio else a surcharge will be applied.
- No F&B except for bottled water is permitted in the studios.
- Smoking or vaping are not permitted in the Academy.
- Street shoes and heels are not permitted in the studios.
- Any damage to equipment or facilities will be charged to the renter.
- ADA students are entitled for a 50% discount off the standard rate during off peak hour.
